Whoops! There are a few reasons that you may have landed on Access Denied:
1. You are logged out. Your session on the GMT website has expired or you have logged yourself out in a separate tab. Please log back in with the Login link on the upper right hand corner of the page.
2. Incorrect username or e-mail. Unless changed, your username is your first and last name. Your email address is the one that we have registered for you in your GMT account. Write nina@greenmediatoolshed.org to verify this information.
3. Incorrect password. Due to security reasons and because you can change your password once you've logged in to GMT, we do not have access to our members' passwords.
To request a new password:
- Go to www.greenmediatoolshed.org.
- Click on "Member Login" on the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Select the "Forgot Password" link.
- Follow the prompts. You must enter the e-mail or user name that is registered in your account.
- Your password will arrive shortly at the specified e-mail address.
- Go directly to the "Forgot Password" page: http://member.greenmediatoolshed.org/user/login
4. You are not a registered user. GMT requires that each user at a member organization have individual login information. To request a new user account or information on how to become a member, contact Nina Schwartz at (202) 659-7710 x10.
New user requests must include a full name, e-mail address, office location, time zone, and fax and phone number. There is no charge for adding extra users to your member organization’s account.
